Vermont Sky

Just a quick update from my mother-in-law’s basement in Vermont. This has been a nice family visit. We head back home tomorrow and are looking at a very busy few days as soon as we return. More on all that as it happens. Meanwhile I have taken a few photos up here, as I usually do. Bright sun in clear blue skies, the bane of my photographic existance for the past half of a year, have continued here, of course. Rain is supposed to move in Thursday after we are back home. But some clouds did move in for a bit early this afternoon which gave me a chance to take this photo of an abandoned farmhouse near where my mother-in-law lives. It really needed the clouds to make it work. This is a quick edit job on my laptop…I think I’ll be able to improve it a bit when I’m back home with my full version of PhotoShop. But I don’t think it looks too bad in this version.

I think it is beautiful as-is. Love those colors!
