A walk at the lake
April 5th, 2008
Most days when I’m not being lazy I go to a lake at the edge of town, not far from my house, and walk. I try to do at least 3 miles. When I’m getting in shape for a photo trip that involves hiking I’ll take that up to 4 and then 6 miles. There’s a set of steps that go right up the face of the dam…so I also go up and down those as fast as I can several times to help keep me able to handle climbing up mountain trails.
This morning it was foggy when I got to the lake. I shot this scene with the point and shoot Casio digicam that I always carry in my pocket. Not great art, but I thought it was a nice scene.
