Mo in the Ozarks
March 25th, 2007
I’m in Little Rock now after a weekend of forced marches for my model, Morgan, and her photographer boyfriend, Steve. The five-mile hike down to a waterfall in a wilderness area was a bit more than they had bargained on. But they put up with it and some fine photos resulted. I hope in a few days (well, maybe weeks or months) they’ll forget about that long steep climb back out of the canyon and just remember the photos. I hope…
So, this is Mo on some mossy rocks along that trail. There will be more from this shoot…quite a few more…to post in the next few days…but tomorrow I go on to Texas and several more shoots.
So far it’s been a great trip with only one glitch. The air bag suspension on my truck which helps hold up my slide-in camper…well, it’s pretty much gone. I was stopped at a trailhead parking lot and heard a loud popping sound followed by hissing air from the truck. I was afraid I’d had a flat tire, but it was the air suspension. It’s only about 6 months old, so I hope it can be fixed under warranty, but that will have to wait until I get back home in a couple weeks.
More new photos coming as I shoot them and find internet access to post them.
