I have long admired the work of Clarence H. White, Sr. and Anne Brigman. Contemporaries and pioneers in photography as art, until recently they were both largely forgotten. This project is an effort to follow the aesthetic of Pictorialism using modern equipment and techniques. I work with digital cameras and use software to achieve the look and feel of Pictorialism. I strongly believe that work in this style has a place in contemporary photography.
